EXPERIENCE:

Allen Glendenning has considerable experience in litigation and is well regarded for his skillful and pragmatic approach to litigation issues. He handles a large number of civil cases at both the trial and appellate levels, in both the federal and state court systems.

Mr. Glendenning specializes in the representation of municipalities, schools, and other local governmental entities in central and western Kansas on a wide variety of claims. Mr. Glendenning has developed knowledge and expertise in the areas of constitutional law, law enforcement procedures and employment law. 

Mr. Glendenning has tried numerous cases to juries and judges. Mr. Glendenning's thorough preparation, skillful interrogation of adverse witnesses and experts, and keen understanding of trial strategy, make him a notable adversary in court.

Mr. Glendenning has argued landmark cases before the appellate courts of the State of Kansas and the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, resolving previously unanswered questions concerning the interpretation of Kansas and Federal statutes.
