MARK A. RONDEAU
EXPERIENCE:
Mark Rondeau has been practicing law for close to thirty years. Over the years his practice has evolved from a litigation based practice (working to resolve disputes) into one assisting and advising clients (working to avoid disputes). His experience in both the litigation arena and in an "office" practice, give him a global perspective allowing him to identify and anticipate matters well beyond the immediate issues on which clients are often initially focused.
Most of his current practice is related to business related issues and banking. However, he also practices in a wide range of other private party legal matters but does not handle criminal, domestic or bankruptcy cases.
Mr. Rondeau brings into play for all his clients, large and small, a unique combination of talent, experience and perseverance. Whether it is drafting a simple estate plan or negotiating and drafting a multimillion dollar contract, Mr. Rondeau's goal is simple: "I want every client to feel they are my most important client." He was one of the principle authors of the firm's Mission Statement: Which is "To provide exceptional service to every client, promptly and fairly, with the knowledge that, by striving for their success we thus assure our own."
