
EXPERIENCE:
Richard Friedeman has a broad range of experience and expertise in the defense of workers compensation claims and litigation in a variety of contexts, including land titles, ad valorem tax litigation, probate, oil and gas law, aspects of municipal liability and general litigation.
Mr. Friedeman also has a special interest in appellate practice. His focus on difficult legal issues requiring careful attention is an added asset when litigating cases and preparing appellate briefs and arguments.
