EXPERIENCE:

Robin Fabricius worked in the financial services industry for nearly fifteen years prior to stepping into the legal arena.  Her strong financial and tax background is an added benefit when tackling estate, business and retirement planning issues.  Ms. Fabricius' has undergone intensive training through Medicaid Practice Systems, Syracuse, New York which enables her to provide specific counseling related to planning for and qualifying for medicaid assistance for those individuals who contemplate a stay in a nursing home.

Her approach, particularly as it relates to estate planning, is to educate her clients to make informed decisions.  She prefers to develop long term relationships with estate planning clients.  She believes the key to a healthy attorney/client relationship is a sound foundation of information which enables clients to  make good decisions, implement the decisions and review the plan periodically as it pertains to new circumstances.
